Toasting Tips

This is so much fun!

Did you ever wonder where your name tag goes? How do you set your utensils neatly from a rolled-up napkin? Which side of the plate do you find your bread and water to avoid an awkward mishap (like taking from the person who is in a position to potentially hire you)? Do you eat American or Continental/European style? How do you handle little details like passing bread correctly or handling items like lemon wedges or cherry tomatoes. I will teach you all of these things as well as understanding the number of courses in a meal and why it matters.

Workshop for teens – “You’re Hired! Prepare for an Interview or High-Stakes, In-Person Interaction.”
